"Reaping the Benefits of Switching to the Electronic Cigarette"


There are a number of benefits to be gained by switching from traditional tobacco cigarettes to the Electronic Cigarette. After 8 hours: The carbon monoxide levels in your body will begin to drop, allowing your oxygen levels in the body to return to normal.

After 24 hours: A significant benefit to you occurs at this point – your chance of having a heart attack begins to decrease.

After 48 hours: Without all the tar and toxins coming in, your nerve endings being to repair and re-grow which leads to improved sense of smell and taste.

Starting at 2 weeks to 9 months: With your blood beginning to regulate itself, your circulation begins to improve and walking becomes easier. Your lungs have begun repairing themselves and they are on their way to increased functioning. Your coughing begins to subside, congestion dissipates, and shortness of breath begins to decrease.

After 1 year: You have successfully cut your risk of heart attack in half. Congratulations!

After 5 to 15 years: Your risk of stroke is back to that of a non-smoker.

After 10 years: You have cut your risk of lung cancer by 75 percent. You have also significantly decreased your risk for esophagus, pancreas, bladder, kidney, throat, and mouth cancer.

After 15 years: Your risk for coronary heart disease is approaching that of someone who has never smoked and your risk of death has also returned to that of a non-smoker.

As you can see, it is never too late to stop smoking tobacco cigarettes and reap the rewards which come from halting the intake of all those deadly toxins. If you have tried to quit and just can't seem to, switching to the Electronic Cigarette should still provide the majority of those benefits listed above as you are no longer taking in all the dangerous, deadly toxins which harm your body and deteriorate your health.
